MISSION
Our mission is to spread kindness around the world through storytelling, and to train people to cultivate kindness and compassion through meditation. In addition to our educational initiatives, Support Kindness provides humanitarian aid worldwide.

We not only provide a platform to cultivate love, kindness, and compassion but we also provide a means to give and demonstrate love, kindness, and compassion through our humanitarian initiatives.

Meditation Practice
With the growing popularity of meditation in the United States and around the world, the practice of meditation as a daily exercise is no longer reserved for people seeking spiritual awareness. It has now become a mainstream activity because of the many reported benefits of meditation, which include reducing stress, calming anxiety, improving focus, building self-esteem, increasing inner strength, and enhancing resiliency. Since 2012, the number of people practicing meditation has tripled, and the main reason more people are meditating, according to research, is to improve their general wellbeing.
Meditation is a wonderful catalyst for personal transformation. The key is to find one that resonates with you and committing to practice to realize the full benefits. There are a variety of meditation techniques, including mindfulness, guided, silent, movement, and mantra meditation.
The meditation practices we’ll share here are Silent meditation, Mantra meditation, and Movement meditation. If you are new to meditation, you can benefit from enrolling in one of our classes and have the support of a teacher.
